If you do not want to be bound by our Terms and Conditions your only option is to not visit, view or otherwise use the services provided or tendered on the website and by IMMagine. By using this service or any services promoted on IMMagine's website you agree to payment of the fees stated for that service. Any refund of these fees for any reason whatsoever is at the sole discretion of IMMagine.

You understand and agree that IMMagine and any of its employees, subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event or under any circumstance be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages and/or cost. This shall include, but not be limited to damages for loss of income, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, declined or disrupted immigration applications or any other tangible or intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not IMMagine has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages and/or cost. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed the liability of IMMagine is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Changes to the Terms & Conditions of Use
IMMagine reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion and without giving any notice. Changes to our Terms & Conditions become effective on the date they are published and your continued use of the website and all services provided after any changes will signify your agreement to continue to be bound by them.

In the event that the question(s) posted by the user are unclear, vague or insufficiently specific, we will attempt to clarify the question by forwarding an email to the user's email address. With the improved information, if the question is still unclear, vague or insufficiently specific a further attempt will be made to clarify the question. If after the third attempt the question posed is still unclear, vague or insufficiently specific, or in the event that no response is recieved to any of the emails sent by IMMagine within 5 working days then and in those circumstances we reserve the right and/or discretion to charge the standard fee. The user agrees that it is solely at the discretion of IMMagine New Zealand to determine if any question posed, asked or posted is unclear, vague or insufficiently specific.
